Manufacturing Technician / Process Improvement

We're seeking a versatile and hands-on Manufacturing Technician to join our team in Rochester, NH. This role combines technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a passion for continuous improvement. If you're a natural tinkerer with a knack for understanding how things work, we want to hear from you!

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain and troubleshoot various manufacturing equipment and systems

• Drive process improvements on the factory floor to enhance efficiency and product quality

• Oversee quality control measures and ensure adherence to ISO standards

• Manage and update Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) systems and requirements

• Coordinate projects related to manufacturing processes and equipment upgrades

• Perform regular quality checks and implement corrective actions as needed

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production workflows

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience in a manufacturing environment (3+ years preferred)

• Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on technical skills

• Knowledge of quality control processes and ISO standards

• Familiarity with HSE regulations and best practices

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and schematics

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Associate's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or related field (preferred)
