We're seeking a skilled Process Technician to join our leading global manufacturing team in Royalton, VT. This employer is 20 minutes North of White River Junction, off 89. This role maintains and optimizes plastic injection molding processes, ensuring top-quality production for healthcare, automotive, and industrial OEMs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage molding machine set-ups, start-ups, and maintenance
• Ensure compliance with Quality Management System and GMP standards
• Implement 5S and Process Audit programs
• Execute mold sets, pulls, and in-process maintenance
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues
• Monitor and optimize process efficiency and cycle times
• Handle material management and scrap tracking

Hiring All Shifts

These are 12 hr shifts... 3 days one week, then 4 days the following week. This results in 8 hours of overtime, paid at 1.5!

• A Shift  Sun-Tues and every other Wed 6AM-6PM
• B Shift   Sun-Tues and every other Wed 6PM-6AM
• C Shift   Thurs-Sat and every other Wed 6AM-6PM
• D Shift   Thurs-Sat and every other Wed 6PM-6AM

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Process Technician in plastic injection molding
• Proficiency in QAR/CP and Process Binder procedures
• Strong problem-solving and technical skills
• Experience with 5S and Process audits
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts (3-4 days per week, including overtime)
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
