Finished Goods Specialist

Royalton, VT · Manufacturing

Join a leading global manufacturer with over 65 years of expertise in complex plastic injection molding. Our client, a Top Ten manufacturer serving renowned healthcare, automotive, and industrial OEMs, is seeking a detail-oriented Finished Goods Quality Specialist for their manufacturing plant in Royalton, Vermont. This employer is 20 minutes North of White River Junction, off 89. 

Key Responsibilities

• Perform final quality audits on processed boxes and products
• Conduct visual inspections for quality, quantity, lot number, part number, and packaging accuracy
• Generate and affix barcode labels for floor-skidded products
• Weigh and label products on the conveyor belt
• Stamp boxes with appropriate lot numbers
• Add water or desiccant to shipping bags when required
• Manage partial box labeling and "Hold" item processes
• Maintain accurate records in the Weigh Count area logbook

Qualifications and Requirements

• Experience in quality control and/or manufacturing environment
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced setting
• Strong problem-solving skills with a constructive, positive communication approach
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Flexibility to work additional hours and weekends as needed
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in quality assurance is a plus

Hiring All Shifts
These are 12-hour shifts: 3 days one week, 4 days the following week. This results in 8 hours of overtime, paid at 1.5!

A Shift  Sun-Tues and every other Wed 6AM-6PM
B Shift   Sun-Tues and every other Wed 6PM-6AM
C Shift   Thurs-Sat and every other Wed 6AM-6PM
D Shift   Thurs-Sat and every other Wed 6PM-6AM
