Are you detail-oriented and interested in quality control? Our client, a world-renowned leader in precision injection molding and contract manufacturing, is seeking a Manufacturing Quality Technician to join their innovative team.

Position Overview

As a Manufacturing Quality Technician, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring product excellence for top healthcare, automotive, and industrial OEMs. This entry-level position offers hands-on experience in a cutting-edge manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform visual inspections of injection-molded parts according to Quality Assurance Requirements (QAR) and Control Plans
• Operate manual machines on the Silicone production floor
• Document inspection results using attribute tally sheets
• Conduct line clearing during process interruptions or adjustments
• Communicate machine and process issues to Team Leaders and Quality Technicians
• Package and handle products as specified in QAR guidelines
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment adhering to company policies

Hiring All Shifts

These are 12 hr shifts... 3 days one week, then 4 days the following week. This results in 8 hours of overtime, paid at 1.5!

• A Shift  Sun-Tues and every other Wed 6AM-6PM
• B Shift   Sun-Tues and every other Wed 6PM-6AM
• C Shift   Thurs-Sat and every other Wed 6AM-6PM
• D Shift   Thurs-Sat and every other Wed 6PM-6AM

Qualifications and Skills

• High school diploma, GED
• Prior injection molding experience a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude
