We're seeking a dynamic Packaging Automation Specialist to join our team in Grand Prairie, TX. This newly created role will support our sales team in designing, sourcing, quoting, and selling cutting-edge packaging machinery for Fortune 500 companies globally.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with packaging sales representatives to identify, advance, and close integration and equipment opportunities
• Analyze client needs to recommend optimal equipment solutions at competitive prices
• Provide technical training to enhance sales team's knowledge of equipment, automation, and integration
• Assist in negotiating pricing, terms, and conditions with vendors and prospective customers
• Present proposals, quotes, and contracts to potential clients alongside the sales team
• Demonstrate equipment capabilities to customers as needed
• Work closely with Engineering team to ensure customer satisfaction and streamlined operations
• Implement strategic plans to help sales representatives achieve targets and expand customer base
• Cultivate strong relationships with sales team and their clients
• Meet sales goals and objectives within established timeframes
• Deliver regular updates on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts
• Create CAD drawings of proposed equipment integration projects

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (preferred), or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in CAD software, CRM systems, and MS Office Suite
• Experience in B2B equipment sales within the packaging industry
• Comprehensive understanding of packaging processes and equipment
• Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets
• Strong mechanical aptitude and sales acumen
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
