We're seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Plant Manager to oversee our state-of-the-art chemical/biofuel processing facility in Alexandria, MN. • Oversee daily operations of the chemical/biofuel processing plant
• Manage and optimize production, maintenance, and quality control processes
• Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and safety standards
• Lead and mentor a diverse team of professionals across multiple departments
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align plant operations with company objectives
