Key Responsibilities

Civil Engineering & Transportation Design

• Design and model stormwater management systems and detention solutions

• Perform advanced hydraulics and hydrology calculations

• Develop storm sewer layouts and grading/earthwork plans

• Design roadways, intersections, sidewalks, and corridors

• Prepare site geometry plans and underground utilities layouts

• Create construction details, quantity takeoffs, and specifications

• Lead concept development and transportation planning for complex corridors

Project Management & Client Coordination

• Support and manage multiple transportation and civil engineering projects

• Assist with budget tracking, timelines, and deliverables

• Prepare engineering reports, plans, and documentation with minimal oversight

• Represent the firm in client meetings, internal design reviews, and coordination sessions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field

• 4–8 years of relevant civil engineering experience

• P.E. license preferred (not required)

• Hands-on experience with federally funded infrastructure projects is a plus

• High proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and timelines

• Strong communication skills; capable of leading meetings and presenting to stakeholders

• Collaborative mindset with the confidence to take initiative in a fast-paced environment
