We are hiring skilled Process Technicians to support our injection molding operations on B and D shifts. This role is crucial for ensuring our products meet the highest quality standards and comply with GMP regulations. B Shift: Sunday–Tuesday and every other Wednesday | 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
D Shift: Thursday–Saturday and every other Wednesday | 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
✔ Enjoy built-in overtime (8 hours every two weeks at 1.5x pay)!
Operate and optimize injection molding processes to ensure consistent product quality
Perform quality control checks, maintain GMP-compliant documentation
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain molding and auxiliary equipment
Conduct routine process audits and ensure compliance with 5S standards
Collaborate with Quality Assurance for validation and compliance reporting
Analyze production data to identify improvement opportunities
Manage material flow and inventory within production lines
Lead shift operations and mentor junior staff when required
2+ years of hands-on injection molding experience in a manufacturing setting
Familiarity with GMP, ISO, or other quality systems
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Ability to read and complete technical documentation and logs
Competent in basic math and production analytics
Able to lift up to 60 lbs and stand for long durations
Willingness to work nights, weekends, and overtime
