Senior Municipal Engineering Project Manager
Location: Warrington or Malvern, PA
Salary: $90,000 - $130,000 annually + Performance Bonuses

Position Overview
We're seeking an experienced Municipal Engineering Project Manager to serve as a Township/Borough Engineer for our growing client base. This role offers the opportunity to lead significant infrastructure projects while working with diverse stakeholders in southeastern Pennsylvania's thriving communities.
Essential Responsibilities
- Serve as primary Township/Borough Engineer for multiple municipal clients
- Lead municipal planning meetings and provide expert engineering consultation
- Review and manage subdivision and land development plans
- Direct stormwater management initiatives and MS4 compliance programs
- Oversee infrastructure improvement projects and rehabilitation efforts
- Manage construction administration and project budgets
- Drive business development and maintain strong client relationships
- Prepare technical documentation and feasibility studies
- Coordinate with state and local authorities for permitting processes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Pennsylvania
- 10+ years of municipal engineering experience
- Proven experience in land development review and municipal code compliance
- Strong background in MS4 Programs and PRP development
- Expertise in public infrastructure design and rehabilitation
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Excellence in written and verbal communication
