Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field
• 8+ years of consumer product development experience
• Expert proficiency in CAD software (Solidworks, NX, or Creo)
• Demonstrated expertise in injection molding, sheet metal, and soft goods
• Strong DFM knowledge and manufacturing process optimization
• Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
