Senior Control Systems Engineer - Automation & PLC Programming Specialist

We're seeking an experienced Senior Control Systems Engineer to join our innovative team, where you'll play a crucial role in designing and implementing cutting-edge control systems across multiple industries. Essential Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of complex control systems using Allen-Bradley platforms
• Design and program PLC systems, HMI interfaces, and industrial networks
• Create and maintain comprehensive system documentation including logic diagrams, wiring schematics, and P&IDs
• Perform advanced troubleshooting of electrical and mechanical systems
• Execute on-site commissioning and system startups
• Provide technical leadership in control panel design and instrumentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize process automation solutions

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years experience programming Allen Bradley PLCs (MicroLogix, ControlLogix, CompactLogix)
• Proven expertise with Factory Talk Panel View and HMI development
• Demonstrated success in system commissioning and startup procedures
• Strong knowledge of industrial automation and control systems
• Experience with Siemens PLC platforms is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field preferred
