As a Senior Controls Design Engineer in Solon, Ohio, you'll lead the design and development of sophisticated control panels and electrical systems, working at the intersection of automation technology and manufacturing excellence. This role offers competitive compensation ranging from $70,000 to $90,000 annually.

Essential Responsibilities

• Spearhead the design of industrial control panels and electrical schematics using advanced CAD platforms
• Develop comprehensive electrical drawings and Bills of Materials (BOMs)
• Ensure all designs meet UL 508A, NEC, and industry compliance standards
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with engineering and production teams
• Lead component selection and system architecture decisions

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on control panel design experience
