Senior Control Systems Engineer | PLC Programming & Automation | Hybrid Role Available

Key Responsibilities
- Design, program, and implement control systems for fluid processes and industrial automation applications across multiple industries
- Develop and modify PLC programs using Allen-Bradley platforms including MicroLogix, ControlLogix, CompactLogix, and PanelView HMI systems
- Create, interpret, and edit technical documentation including logic diagrams, ladder logic, wiring schematics, single-line diagrams, and P&IDs
- Perform process control design and verification for complete automation projects including PLCs, industrial networks, VFDs, instrumentation, and control panels
- Conduct electrical and mechanical troubleshooting of complex industrial equipment and automation systems
- Diagnose, repair, and refurbish electrical components including PLC modules, HMI touchscreens, drives, and related control hardware
- Provide on-site commissioning support, startup assistance, system troubleshooting, and problem resolution at customer facilities

Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience programming Allen-Bradley PLCs (MicroLogix, ControlLogix, CompactLogix) and/or Siemens PLC platforms
- Minimum 2 years of experience developing HMI applications using FactoryTalk View or PanelView software
- Proven experience with field commissioning, site startup, and troubleshooting of industrial control systems
- Strong understanding of electrical schematics, control panel design, and industrial automation standards
- Proficiency in reading and creating P&IDs, ladder logic, and instrumentation diagrams
- Ability to travel to customer sites for commissioning and startup support as needed
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and clients
