Are you a mission-driven leader ready to manage one of the Intelligence Community’s most dynamic hybrid cloud initiatives? We’re hiring a Senior Program Manager to oversee a high-visibility contract building and operating a cutting-edge hybrid cloud laboratory environment. This environment supports application development, modeling and simulation (M&S), data integration, and other critical functions for national security.
As the primary point of contact for government stakeholders, you’ll lead a multidisciplinary team, ensure technical and operational excellence, and drive program success within secure, high-stakes environments.
Act as the senior liaison between contractor teams and government customers, ensuring mission objectives are met with precision.
Provide strategic leadership across all phases of program execution—planning, development, and delivery—aligned with contractual milestones.
Manage a diverse team of technical professionals across secure lab environments, optimizing productivity and compliance.
Ensure seamless collaboration across Intelligence Community (IC) partners, especially with the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO).
Lead risk management, resource allocation, and performance metrics tracking to ensure program efficiency and transparency.
Ensure operational excellence across secure hybrid cloud environments, adhering to federal security and regulatory standards.
Deliver regular program reports, briefings, and updates to executive and government stakeholders.
6+ years of program management experience leading complex, large-scale contracts.
4+ years managing laboratory environments with a focus on security, safety, and efficiency.
Experience managing programs involving cloud-based solutions (hybrid, public, or private) in secure environments.
10+ years supporting Intelligence Community agencies, including 6+ years with the NRO.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or related STEM field (Master’s preferred).
PMP certification (or comparable project management credential).
Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph clearance (required).
Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related technical field.
Proven ability to lead high-performing technical teams in classified environments.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
