Design and implement cutting-edge signal processing algorithms for RF applications in C/C++ and Python.
Analyze and interpret RF signal data under extreme conditions (low SNR, interference, non-stationary environments).
Conduct research and development in fields such as radar, digital communications, adaptive antenna arrays, and geolocation.
Transition algorithms into high-performance, real-time production systems.
Collaborate cross-functionally with technical teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Work independently or as part of a compact, high-impact team tackling mission-critical projects.
Perform algorithm development, simulation, and modeling of complex RF systems.
Reverse engineer and analyze signal structures in dynamic environments.
Translate mission objectives into actionable technical solutions.
Present findings and updates to clients and technical peers in a clear and compelling manner.
Maintain project timelines, expectations, and technical documentation.
M.S. or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Applied Physics, Computer Science, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience (5+ years preferred).
U.S. Citizenship required with active Top Secret/SSBI clearance.
Strong background in one or more of the following areas:
Signal Processing
Radar Systems
Digital Communications
Detection & Estimation Theory
Remote Sensing
Adaptive Antenna Arrays
Navigation/Geolocation
Proficiency in C/C++ and Python for scientific or numerical algorithm development.
Familiarity with Linux environments and open-source toolchains.
Experience with Software Defined Radio (SDR), RF/baseband architectures, or wireless propagation modeling.
Exposure to modern communications protocols (LTE, GSM, 802.11, etc.).
Knowledge of numerical linear algebra.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
