As a DSP Communications Engineer, you will:
Lead and mentor small technical teams in the design, development, testing, and deployment of software-defined communication systems.
Develop and implement DSP algorithms and hardware control solutions tailored to modern communications challenges.
Optimize system performance and design deployment strategies for real-world mission scenarios.
Interface directly with end users and stakeholders to ensure systems meet operational needs.
Deliver high-quality code and documentation with a strong emphasis on testing and system integrity.
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or a related technical field.
Strong experience in scientific programming with C, C++, or similar languages on UNIX/Linux platforms.
Solid understanding of digital signal processing or modern communications theory.
Hands-on experience with:
CUDA programming
ICE Cards
Modulation/Demodulation techniques (Mod/Demod)
Top Secret/SCI clearance required (Must be a U.S. Citizen)
Master’s or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Applied Math, or related field.
5+ years of experience in system development, deployment, and technical leadership.
Experience with:
X-Midas or MATLAB
Satellite and cellular communications systems
Modern modulation schemes
Interference cancellation
Equalization and signal conditioning
Cyclostationary techniques and resampling methods
