Salary: $150,000 - $160,000 per year

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Tax Compliance & Reporting Manager to lead all aspects of tax compliance and reporting at the national, state, and local levels. This role also encompasses international tax reporting within consolidated tax filings. You will oversee sales tax processes, manage communications with tax authorities, and lead tax audits. Additionally, you will identify tax-saving opportunities and conduct research on evolving tax regulations to ensure organizational compliance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and international tax filings.
• Review invoices, manage exemption certificates, and handle sales tax filings.
• Manage and resolve tax audits and inquiries from authorities.
• Collaborate with global teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
• Calculate quarterly tax estimates and oversee tax payments.
• Support cross-border tax compliance and manage employee travel-related tax matters.
• Lead tax planning initiatives, M&A analysis, and ensure compliance with evolving regulations.
• Monitor, document, and analyze legislative tax changes that impact the organization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA license and/or a Master’s degree in Taxation preferred.
• 15+ years of experience in corporate tax compliance and reporting, including international tax matters.
• 5+ years of experience working with tax compliance software.
• 10+ years of advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for tax analysis.
