Position Overview

As the Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing financial reporting, audits, and regulatory compliance while ensuring adherence to GAAP. You will lead a team, implement process improvements, and strengthen internal controls to support business growth. This role is ideal for a financial leader who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys building and optimizing financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team.
• Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Maintain and improve internal controls, audits, and compliance processes.
• Optimize financial systems, banking relationships, and tax reporting.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Collaborate with leadership to drive financial strategy and business growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA or MBA preferred).
• 7–10 years of experience in finance, audit, and staff leadership.
• Manufacturing industry experience required (Aerospace preferred).
• Strong leadership, analytical, and financial systems expertise.
• Proven ability to drive change and improve financial processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a private equity-owned environment.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
