Essential Functions:

  • Support all activities related to the Office 365 SharePoint/Microsoft Teams environment operations, maintenance, integration, and improvement
  • Manage and maintain site content and structure settings, site hierarchy, and site collection navigation.
  • Create web parts, lists/libraries, content types, site columns, master pages, search navigation, permissions, and data management.
  • Build workflow forms using SharePoint Designer, and PowerApps/Power Automate.
  • Design, configure, manage, and maintain comprehensive site collection, site, and list level usage reports and usability analysis.
  • Develop custom workflows, adding users, controlling access to document libraries, and setting permissions
  • Providing SharePoint support and end-user training
  • Clearly documents all procedures and follows best practice change management for configuration changes to IT systems
  • Assists with disaster recovery planning, events and the recovery of vital information.
  • Collaborates with multiple teams including IT Infrastructure and IT Security.

 

Background Profile:

  • Requires degree with a focus in Information Technology.
  • 4+ years of SharePoint/Teams experience
  • 2+ years in SharePoint/Teams architecture, configuration, implementation, and support using SharePoint/Teams Online.
  • Proficient with Power BI, Power App and Power Automate
  • PowerShell scripting experience
