We are seeking an experienced Infor M3 ERP Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the daily maintenance and support of the ERP system, as well as the generation of appropriate ERP reports as needed. They will analyze, design, and support the business processes and workflows enabled by the ERP system. Collaboration with the IT team and business stakeholders is essential to identify current and future needs, translating them into system requirements and solutions. Additionally, the chosen candidate will act as the primary contact for all ERP support, issue resolutions, and enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintenance and implementation of all core M3 ERP modules.
• Support M3 ERP setup, configurations, reports, and interfaces.
• Perform data loads, extracts, and migrations as required.
• Conduct M3 users' training, create SOPs, and hold sessions on enhancements and updates.
• Leverage M3 ERP to standardize and optimize business processes.
• Proactively monitor M3 ERP performance, security, and system integrity.
• Review incoming support requests and work towards appropriate and timely resolutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience with Infor M3 cloud suite.
• 5+ years of experience querying SQL databases.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain management concepts.
• Solid experience in manufacturing.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Proven project management and successful ERP implementation.
• Excellent customer service orientation is a must.
• Strong team player.
