Hybrid Service Desk Analyst

This position is expected to perform the following duties:

  • Please note, this is not a remote position.
  • As a response to the pandemic, our Client'semployees have transitioned to a hybrid working schedule, requiring employees to report in-person Tuesday through Thursday, with the option to telework on Monday and Friday each week.
  • Due to the collaborative, cross-functional nature of the organization, employees at the NY and NJ offices are required to work in-person for the abovementioned days, outside of any People & Culture-approved disability accommodation request.
  • Install, test, and configure new laptops, peripheral equipment, and software
  • Modify configurations, utilities, software default settings, etc. for the local workstation
  • Provide help desk support and resolve problems to the end user’s satisfaction
  • Help identify, document, and resolve various technical issues pertaining to network and desktop support.
  • Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to requests received through the IT ticket system

Who Will Be a Great Fit?  
  • 2+ years of related experience with an emphasis on troubleshooting and resolving issues
  • General experience with Windows and Mac OS - hardware, and software deployment
  • Basic skills in general end-user support and troubleshooting user issues
  • Technical certifications such as A+, Network + and MOS (preferred)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to establish priorities and work independently
  • Ability to work flexible hours when needed
  • You must be a local candidate located within one hour of the office (downtown Manhattan)
