• No remote.  The candidate needs to be on-site for the duration of the assignment.

Our client seeks an experienced PLC / Controls Engineer. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining control systems for various processes and machinery in an automotive facility. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in controls engineering, a strong technical background, and be able to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining control systems for various processes and machinery in our client's manufacturing facility.
• Troubleshoot and maintain existing control systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
• Participate in the development of engineering standards and procedures
• Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures

Who Will Be a Great Fit?  

• 3+ years of experience in controls engineering with a strong technical background
• Strong knowledge of PLC programming, HMI development, and control system design
• Experience with industrial automation and robotics
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance and safety standards
• Excellent communication and be able to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
