The role requires a track record of performing cutting-edge research and development in real-time Software Defined Radio (SDR) and protocol processing systems, along with substantial software development experience.

Who Will Be a Great Fit?
Required Qualifications:
- Proficiency in developing engineering solutions for RF signal collection, processing, and exploitation.
- Knowledge of digital communications, including detection, estimation, and demodulation.
- Capability in developing modeling techniques, creating proofs-of-concept, evolving prototype solutions, and delivering operational systems.
- Experience in C/C++ and Python development.
- Background in systems development within the Intelligence and Defense communities.
- Familiarity with Code Management, such as Git.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A minimum of a B.S. degree (or equivalent experience) in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- TS/SCI Clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Software Defined Radio (SDR).
- Familiarity with XMIDAS.
- Understanding of geolocation theory and techniques.
- Experience working in complex RF environments.
- Knowledge of wireless air interface protocols.
- Proficiency in multi-threaded signal processing algorithms in Python/C++ on Linux hosts.
- Comfortable collaborating in distributed team environments.
