The Human Resources Manager provides leadership support for the Company’s entire range of employment related responsibilities, activities, and functions.  You will be responsible for implementing and coordinating policies and programs covering the following: recruitment, employee relations, safety, workers compensation administration, benefits, training and development, performance management, and regulatory compliance for all North American locations.  The Human Resources Manager will provide necessary direction, support and guidance to human resources staff.  You will work as a business partner and align business objectives with employees and leadership throughout the company delivering value added service to all teammates. 

Who Will Be a Great Fit?  
  • 5+ years of relevant experience.  Manufacturing HR experience preferred. 
  • Demonstrated understanding of complex legal issues and laws pertaining to the field of Human Resources.
  • Ability to maintain a high degree of professionalism, respect, trust, confidentiality, and accuracy.
  • Demonstrated experience acting as a business partner and resource to all functions of the business.  Effectively support the organization with effective human resource knowledge and expertise to ensure company goals and objectives are achieved.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (i.e. Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.). 
  • Must have good organizational and time management skills as well as have the ability to meet deadlines with appropriate attention to detail in a fast-paced, highly dynamic environment.
