Process Stabilization: Stabilize processes and implement process controls (SPC) using statistical methods to establish and maintain process capability.
Inspection and Measurement: Master inspection, measurement, and sampling methods. Lead efforts for method improvements (MSA).
Quality Standards: Ensure company conformance to standards and internal audit processes. Assist in quality audits for various standards and communicate findings to suppliers.
Training: Provide training on quality systems within the organization.
Documentation: Prepare documents for management reviews, maintain a central Quality records database, and ensure integrity and accessibility of data. Maintain customer-required documents.
