A Fortune500 leader in the consumer packaged goods market is seeking a dynamic and innovative Engineering Manager to join their pivotal facility. Embrace the opportunity to elevate your career with this forward-thinking team!

In this role, you will serve as the Technical Subject Matter Expert (SME), driving a series of critical capital projects within the plant. Your responsibilities will include orchestrating multidisciplinary engineering and operational teams across various departments and managing multiple capital projects simultaneously.

From project inception to completion, you will oversee the entire project lifecycle, including defining project scope, forecasting costs, and planning timelines. These projects are geared toward enhancing safety, quality, efficiency, labor relations, sanitation, cost management, and customer satisfaction.

Reporting to: Plant Manager

Who Will Be a Great Fit?  

  • A Bachelor's degree is required, with preference given to those in Engineering or related fields.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in the Manufacturing industry, with a track record of managing multiple Capital Projects concurrently.
  • Experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), Food, or Beverage industries is advantageous.
  • Leadership or supervisory experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Any size plant experience is acceptable, with this particular plant boasting around 200 employees.
  • This individual will be a key member of the leadership team, reporting directly to the Plant Manager.
