  • Inventory and Procurement: Oversee all aspects of inventory management and purchasing activities, guaranteeing accuracy and strategic procurement.
  • Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate with suppliers to manage costs while maintaining quality and service levels.
  • Warehouse Operations: Direct operations within the warehouse environment, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Team Optimization: Utilize the unique strengths of each team member to enhance team performance and morale.
  • Role Definition: Clearly define roles, responsibilities, and expectations, supporting these with targeted training programs.
  • Culture: Cultivate an engaging and positive work environment that encourages open communication and team cohesion.


  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a Supply Chain Manager role; 10 years in leadership positions.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field.
  • Skills: Exceptional project management, team collaboration, and time-management skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a strong emphasis on Excel. Critical thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Certifications: Experience in an ISO 9000 and TQM (Total Quality Management) environment preferred.
  • Qualities: Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and foster a supportive team environment.
