What You Will Do:

  • Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance plans to optimize efficiency and minimize downtime.
  • Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in capital improvement projects, assisting in the replacement, installation, and relocation of equipment to boost productivity.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation of maintenance strategies.
  • Innovation & Research: Employ your skills to research new methodologies, keeping our operations at the cutting edge of efficiency.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Essential Qualifications:

    • Associate's Degree in Industrial Maintenance with at least 2 years of experience in the craft OR 5+ years of hands-on experience in Industrial Maintenance.
    • Exceptional communication skills.
    • Proficiency in computer software, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience with Continuous Improvement methodologies, such as Lean or Six Sigma.
    • Knowledge of SAP system and understanding of the operational context of site assets/process systems.
    • Familiarity with Root Cause Analysis and Reliability-Centered Maintenance.
    • Practical knowledge of Predictive Maintenance (PdM) technologies, including Vibration Analysis, Oil Analysis, Infrared, Ultrasound, and Motor Circuit Evaluation.
