Senior Process Engineer - Semiconductor

Hillsboro, Oregon

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Qualification & Development: Spearhead the qualification and development of processes for client equipment, ensuring optimal performance and integration.
  • Collaborative Innovation: Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance manufacturing processes through innovative solutions.
  • Technical Analysis & Reporting: Design tests, analyze results, and present data and conclusions to stakeholders.
  • Customer Interaction: Engage with customers, providing expert support and maintaining strong professional relationships.
  • Troubleshooting & Resolution: Proactively identify issues and collaborate with the team to find timely resolutions.
  • Continuous Learning: Participate in training programs in Texas or Oregon to stay abreast of the latest industry developments.
 

Qualifications:

  • Education: A PhD (preferred) with 5+ years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree with 8+ years in Mechanical, Electrical, Applied Mathematics, or Applied Physics.
  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Linux OS, electronic testing tools, and hands-on mechanical skills.
  • Desirable Skills: Experience with optics, lasers, software, robotics, precision mechanics, or chemistry is advantageous.
  • Physical Requirements: Capable of continuous physical effort and lifting up to 25 pounds unassisted.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to travel and adapt to flexible work schedules.
 

Compensation:

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $92,210 to $138,080, complemented by exceptional benefits including immediate healthcare coverage.
