Field Service Technician - Semiconductor

  • Equipment Maintenance: Install, repair, calibrate, and maintain semiconductor process equipment, effectively minimizing downtime.
  • Troubleshooting: Escalate complex repair issues to senior technicians as necessary.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections to prevent malfunctions and ensure equipment operates at peak efficiency.
  • Documentation: Keep meticulous records of maintenance activities and compile periodic reports.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor service parts and equipment stock levels to maintain ready availability for repairs.
  • Training & Support: Provide guidance to fellow technicians and offer basic operational instruction to clients when required.
  • Professional Development: Engage in continuous technical training to broaden your expertise in the field.


  • Education: Associates degree or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Experience: 2-3 years in a related electromechanical role; semiconductor industry experience highly desirable. Lithography equipment experience is a plus.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Flexibility: Openness to work flexible shifts and compressed workweeks.
  • Driving: Valid driver’s license with adherence to company safety policies.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 30 pounds, stand for extended periods, and perform various physical tasks as described.
