Role Responsibilities:

 
  • Lead hardware design projects from conception to production-level systems.
  • Decompose and combine customer requirements for hardware solutions.
  • Design analog/digital circuits, including schematic capture and verification.
  • Conduct hardware testing and debugging.
  • Collaborate with suppliers on component selection.
  • Manage the hardware aspect of projects, ensuring successful implementation.

Candidate Qualifications:

 
  • Proven expertise in analog/digital circuit design.
  • Minimum of 7 years' experience in electronic hardware schematic design and development, preferably for electromechanical control systems.
  • Familiarity with digital communication protocols such as CAN, LIN, I2C, SPI.
  • Knowledge of motors, sensors, and electromagnetics (EMC/EMI) is highly advantageous.
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE), Master's degree (MSEE) preferred.
