Sr Product Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Analysis & Strategy Development:
    • Conduct thorough research and analysis of market trends and consumer insights.
    • Develop and execute long-term strategies for product category growth.
    • Design and implement exit strategies for underperforming products.
  • Vendor & Relationship Management:
    • Establish and nurture long-term partnerships with vendors.
    • Coordinate effectively to ensure consistent product availability.
  • Product Positioning & Promotion:
    • Strategize the placement of product categories to boost visibility.
    • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align promotional activities.
    • Benchmark competitors to inform pricing strategies and promotional efforts.
  • Sales & Forecasting:
    • Engage with customers and merchandisers to explore opportunities for category expansion.
    • Analyze data to predict product demand trends and manage inventory accordingly.
    • Oversee and manage the product category budget.


  • Experience:

    • A proven track record with 5-15 years as a Senior Product Manager, preferably with experience in networking electronics.
  • Skills & Knowledge:

    • A deep understanding of marketing principles, sales operations, and processes.
    • Proficiency in big data analysis and forecasting.
    • Strong analytical thinking and critical problem-solving skills.
  • Communication:
    • Exceptional communication abilities, including presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Education:
    • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
