Senior Mechanical Design Engineer - Advanced Manufacturing Technologies

Core Responsibilities:

• Lead complex mechanical engineering projects from concept to commercial implementation
• Design and develop innovative mixing systems using SolidWorks and advanced FEA tools
• Conduct technical investigations and perform comprehensive design analyses
• Create detailed engineering specifications and manufacturing documentation
• Present technical recommendations to senior management
• Mentor junior engineers and drive design excellence across the team

Required Qualifications:

• BS or MS in Mechanical Engineering from an ABET-accredited institution
• 6+ years of hands-on mechanical design experience
• Advanced proficiency in SolidWorks and ANSYS FEA software
• Demonstrated experience in design for manufacturing (DFM)
• U.S. Citizenship required (mandatory for this position)
• Strong project management and communication skills
