Position Overview

We're seeking an experienced, PE-licensed Senior Bridge Design Project Manager to join our growing infrastructure team. This role combines technical leadership with project management, offering the opportunity to shape critical infrastructure projects for CDOT, municipalities, and private sector clients. Position offers hybrid work flexibility from our Glastonbury, CT office.

Essential Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex structural engineering projects from conception to completion
• Direct project teams, including staff engineers and subcontractors
• Oversee project budgets, timelines, and quality control measures
• Develop and present technical proposals and qualifications packages
• Conduct advanced structural analyses, including load ratings and finite element analysis
• Interface with clients, regulatory agencies, and stakeholders
• Present to elected officials and advisory boards

Required Qualifications

• Professional Engineering (PE) License in Connecticut
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• 8+ years of structural engineering experience
• Demonstrated experience with bridge design and infrastructure projects
• CDOT project experience preferred
• Proven track record in project management and team leadership
• Excellence in technical writing and client communications
