Key Responsibilities

System Design & Software Development:

• Design and develop PLC-based control systems, Human-Machine Interfaces (HMIs), and machine vision applications.
• Create comprehensive wiring diagrams and technical system documentation.
• Program and customize PLCs and HMIs to deliver seamless, user-friendly operations.

Project Management & Execution:

• Lead medium-scale projects, ensuring targets for timelines, budgets, and scope are consistently met.
• Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Maintain detailed project documentation, including technical drawings and progress reports.

Testing, Commissioning & Optimization:

• Develop and execute test plans for new systems, ensuring quality and functionality.
• Oversee installation, startup, and troubleshooting of systems.
• Proactively identify and implement process improvements to enhance performance.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in automation and control systems.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 3 years’ experience in control systems design, automation, or electrical engineering.
• Technical Expertise:
  • Proficiency in PLC programming, HMI design, and machine vision systems.
  • Exceptional skills in Allen Bradley programming.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and effective time management.
• Other: Open to occasional travel as required for project needs.
