Key Responsibilities

• Install, commission, and service advanced vacuum coating systems and related technologies.

• Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and on-site visits, which may include after-hours assistance.

Qualifications

• Strong electrical troubleshooting skills, with specific expertise in electric controls and systems.
• Experience with installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electro-mechanical systems and semiconductor equipment.
• Basic knowledge of vacuum technology, plasma physics, and related systems such as pumping and leak detection.
• Familiarity with material handling, sensor technology, and transport systems.
• Self-motivated with a customer-first attitude and the ability to work independently.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% both domestically and internationally, including overnight trips.
