The position comes with a competitive salary of $90,000 - $105,000 and paid relocation assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic HR leadership by fostering a culture of accountability, trust, innovation, and inclusivity.
• Lead talent management activities, including Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives, employee performance, and succession planning.
• Align HR strategies with business goals, offering expert guidance on policies and best practices.
• Coach and advise employees and leadership on recruitment, development, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and organizational policies, including IATF, ISO, and ISMS standards.
• Drive employee engagement and lead continuous improvement of workplace culture and processes.
• Oversee HR operations, team leadership, and budget management to achieve business objectives.
• Investigate and resolve employee relations issues, including disputes and policy concerns.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certification is a plus.
• A minimum of 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with a preference for candidates with leadership skills and a manufacturing background.
• Solid understanding of employment laws and HR best practices; automotive industry experience is advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability in leadership, decision-making, and resolving complex HR challenges.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems; experience with SAP is preferred.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills, with a focus on collaborative solutions.
