We're seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Engineering Manager to lead our innovative team in San Antonio, TX. • Lead and mentor a team of engineers and designers in creating high-quality generator enclosures, fuel tanks, and related equipment
• Oversee all stages of the electrical design process, ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety compliance
• Manage project schedules, resource allocation, and budgets
• Provide technical guidance on electrical systems design, including power distribution and controls
• Ensure designs meet all applicable codes, industry standards, and client specifications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address technical challenges and improve processes
• Implement lean methodologies and continuous improvement initiatives
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for design-related inquiries
• Present design concepts and updates to stakeholders and customers
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering; Master's preferred
• 7+ years of experience in electrical design for commercial construction or related fields
• 3+ years in a leadership role, managing engineering teams or large projects
• In-depth knowledge of electrical systems design, power distribution, and control systems
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and project management tools
• Familiarity with NEC, NFPA, and UL standards
• Hands-on leadership style with exceptional technical expertise
• Experience in designing mission-critical electrical systems, packaged power systems, or e-houses
