CNC Programmer/Manufacturing Specialist - Haas Mills & Mastercam Expert

Position Overview

As our CNC Programmer, you'll leverage your Mastercam expertise to program and operate Haas CNC mills, creating high-precision components for diverse industrial applications. Located in Romulus, MI, this role offers competitive compensation of $26-$36 per hour, based on experience.

Essential Responsibilities

• • Develop and optimize CNC programs using Mastercam for vertical and horizontal Haas mills • Execute precise machine setups and operations to maintain tight tolerances • Analyze and interpret technical drawings, CAD files, and engineering specifications • Perform quality control inspections using advanced measurement tools • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance manufacturing processes • Troubleshoot and resolve programming and machining challenges • Maintain detailed documentation of programming procedures and setups

Required Qualifications

• • 3+ years of hands-on CNC programming experience in precision manufacturing • Expert-level proficiency in Mastercam software • Demonstrated experience with Haas CNC milling centers • Strong understanding of GD&T and blueprint reading • Proficient with precision measurement instruments • Experience with quality control processes and documentation • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
