Key Responsibilities:

• Spearhead TPM and Autonomous Maintenance programs across the plant
• Facilitate Kaizen events and lead problem-solving teams to enhance operational performance
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
• Mentor and train associates in lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies
• Analyze KPIs and cost data to drive fact-based decision making
• Coordinate and support plant-wide 5S initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize improvement opportunities

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree a plus)
• 6+ years of experience in Continuous Improvement
• Proficiency in Six Sigma, 5 Why, or Lean methodologies
• 3+ years of Root Cause Analysis experience
• 4+ years of Manufacturing experience
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Experience in food, beverage, pharmaceutical, or CPG industries preferred
