We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Cardiovascular Services to join our prestigious healthcare facility in Austin, Texas. This leadership role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee and elevate our comprehensive cardiovascular services, including the Cardiac Catheterization Lab, Echo Lab, and Cardiac Pre/Post Procedure Department.
• Provide strategic leadership and 24-hour oversight for all cardiovascular services
• Manage and optimize operations for 1000+ EP procedures and 2300-2400 CL procedures annually
• Lead and develop a team of 50 FTEs across multiple cardiovascular departments
• Collaborate with physicians and stakeholders to enhance patient care and service delivery
• Implement best practices and innovative solutions in cardiovascular care
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and quality standards
• Drive continuous improvement in patient outcomes and operational efficiency
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Current RN license or Licensed Technologist credential (RCIS, RT(R))
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a cardiovascular setting
• At least 1 year of management experience in healthcare
• BLS Certification (required)
• ACLS Certification (required within 90 days of hire)
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in cardiovascular procedures and technologies
