• Assist physical therapists in developing and implementing treatment plans
• Measure and record patients' motor function, strength, and muscle performance
• Conduct patient observations and write detailed progress reports
• Evaluate patients' ability to function independently
• Guide patients through specific exercises and therapeutic techniques
• Utilize various treatment methods, including stretching and massage
• Assist patients with proper use of equipment and assistive devices
• Educate patients on exercise techniques to improve mobility and strength
• Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
• Ensure a safe and clean working environment
• Comply with federal, state, and local legal and professional requirements
• Contribute to overall team success and patient outcomes
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Current New York State PTA License
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

• Experience in a healthcare setting is preferred but not required
