Executive Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Executive Administrative Assistant to provide crucial support to a Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Corporate Compliance Officer, and Finance Division Directors. This role offers a competitive salary range of $56,000-$64,000, excellent benefits, and a commitment to work-life balance in the thriving healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage executive schedules, including complex calendar management and travel arrangements
• Prepare and organize board meetings, including creating presentations and managing documentation
• Support corporate compliance activities, including maintaining crucial files and agreements
• Develop and maintain financial records and reporting systems
• Utilize advanced Excel skills for data analysis and presentation
• Compose and edit high-level correspondence and reports
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications and Skills

• Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field (Bachelor's degree preferred)
• 2-5 years of experience as an executive administrative assistant, preferably in healthcare or finance
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for data manipulation and reporting
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Experience with corporate compliance procedures (preferred)
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
