• Assess referred patients requiring rehabilitation services
• Develop and administer personalized treatment programs
• Set achievable goals and document patient progress
• Provide skilled physical therapy interventions based on physician orders
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care
• Educate patients and families on appropriate physical therapy methods
• Ensure compliance with Medicare, third-party billing, and Workers Compensation requirements
• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist in Virginia
• CPR for Healthcare Providers certification
• Proficiency in electronic medical records systems
• Knowledge of CPT & ICD-10 coding procedures
• Experience in decentralized organizational structures
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
