We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Nursing (RN) to lead our nursing services for both voluntary and involuntary inpatient populations in our behavioral health facility. This pivotal role offers an opportunity to make a significant impact on patient care and nursing excellence.
• Oversee and coordinate all nursing services within the facility
• Organize, direct, supervise, and evaluate nursing staff performance
• Implement strategies to improve medical outcomes and service quality
• Collaborate with program directors and interdisciplinary teams
• Develop and enhance medical programs and initiatives
• Review and update medical policies and procedures
• Ensure accurate maintenance of patient care records and reports
• Lead orientation, training, and retention efforts for nursing staff
• Manage physician schedules to ensure consistent daily coverage
• Conduct regular facility rounds to ensure compliance with regulations
• Provide 24/7 on-call availability for critical incidents and emergencies
• Supervise LPNs, RNs, and MA/CNAs
• BSN in Nursing (required)
• Current Washington State RN license
• Proven experience in behavioral health nursing leadership
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in healthcare technology and EMR systems

• Competitive salary range: $106,000 - $114,000 per year
