We are seeking a Clinical Therapist with an LMSW or LCSW certification for our outpatient behavioral health facility located in Penn Yan, NY, within the picturesque Finger Lakes region. This position offers a contract with competitive salary, commensurate with experience, and full-time hours with flexible day/evening shifts from Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' mental health concerns, including psychosocial history, risk assessment, and behavioral observations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and families, focusing on recovery-oriented goals and evidence-based interventions.
• Provide crisis intervention and counseling services to clients in both Geneva and Penn Yan locations, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
• Implement evidenced-based interventions to reinforce healthy behaviors and social integration, including health education on coping skills and symptom management.
• Evaluate therapy practice effectiveness through quality improvement activities and collaborate with the clinic team to enhance client engagement and productivity standards.

Who Will Be a Great Fit?  

• Master's degree in Social Work with LMSW or LCSW certification.
• Experience in outpatient behavioral health settings preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
