We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team as a Clinical Therapist Supervisor in our outpatient behavioral health clinic in Penn Yan, NY. This role offers an excellent opportunity to lead and mentor a team of therapists while making a significant impact on mental health care in the Finger Lakes region.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinical operations of the outpatient behavioral health clinic
• Supervise and mentor a team of therapists, including new graduates
• Collaborate with the Associate Director and Site Administrator
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions to address mental health concerns
• Ensure compliance with Office of Mental Health (OMH) regulations
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and records
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and program development

Requirements

• Master's degree in Social Work
• Active LCSW license in New York State
• Valid NYS Driver's License with a clean driving record
• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a mental health or hospital setting
• Strong understanding of OMH regulations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and lead a team
• Proficiency in electronic health record systems
