Join our dynamic healthcare team as the Cardiac Catheterization Lab Director at our 221-bed Level II Trauma Center in Sanford, FL. We're seeking an experienced leader to oversee our state-of-the-art cardiac and electrophysiology services, including our STEMI center and structural heart program.
• Provide strategic leadership for Cardiac Catheterization and Electrophysiology (EP) clinical services and programs
• Ensure optimal staffing, resource utilization, and quality of care across 3 lab rooms (2 interventional, 1 EP)
• Manage a team of 18 FTEs, including Cath Lab, EP Lab, Structural Heart Coordinator, and Lead positions
• Oversee complex cardiac procedures, including PCIs, TAVRs, and Watchman implants
• Collaborate with 18 staff cardiologists and interdepartmental teams to maintain excellence in patient care
• Implement and maintain departmental protocols, standards, and policies
• Manage departmental budget and resources effectively
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide mentorship to staff
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field (Master's preferred)
• Current RN, APRN, RCIS, or state-registered Radiologic Tech (RT) license
• 3-5 years of recent Cath Lab Manager experience in an acute hospital setting, preferably at a Trauma Center
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Experience with cardiac interventional, structural heart, and EP programs
• Knowledge of STEMI protocols and complex cardiac procedures
