• Lead and mentor a team of 135+ healthcare professionals across 42 Critical Care beds
• Implement evidence-based practices to enhance patient safety and quality outcomes
• Drive operational efficiency and effectiveness in ICU/CVICU settings
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and accreditation requirements
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation to optimize patient care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care
• Cultivate a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement
• Oversee budget and identify cost-reduction opportunities
• Champion superior patient experience and staff engagement initiatives
• Current Florida RN license
• Associate's Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
• 3+ years of recent acute care leadership experience in Critical Care
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Strong clinical competency in neuro, surgical, trauma, and respiratory care
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and change management skills
• Proficiency in healthcare informatics and quality improvement methodologies
