Diagnostic Medical Sonographer / Ultrasound Technologist

Join our growing healthcare facility as a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer where you'll play a crucial role in our patient care team. We're seeking an experienced, ARDMS-certified professional to perform diagnostic ultrasound procedures in our state-of-the-art imaging department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic ultrasound procedures for diverse patient populations, from neonatal to geriatric
• Generate and interpret high-quality diagnostic images according to departmental protocols
• Collaborate with Radiologists and healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient care
• Maintain detailed patient records and documentation
• Ensure compliance with ACR accreditation standards
• Provide compassionate patient care while maintaining efficiency in a fast-paced environment

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography program
• Current ARDMS certification in at least one specialty
• Valid BLS Certification from American Heart Association
• Strong knowledge of ultrasound physics and instrumentation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2+ years of clinical diagnostic ultrasound experience
• Multiple ARDMS specialty registries
• Experience with various ultrasound equipment and PACS systems
